VoiceFLO Reporting

VoiceFLO has a simple and flexible reporting module.

It's workflow capability means that every activity carried out within the software has an audit trail for useful management reporting. Reports can range from the performance analysis of users or group of uses (e.g. dictation time generated, number of documents transcribed, types of documents created, correction ratios etc) through to activity analysis (e.g. outstanding work).

It comes with a range of predefined reports 'out of the box'. Users are also able to define their own report formats using a user friendly graphical interface.

Reports can be set to run automatically and sent via email to interested parties at defined times.
