OperaFLO Resource Manager

One of the key benefits of OperaFLO is the ability to control your resources. This will enable you to improve utilisation and reduce overheads. The software enables managers to have a real time view of activities and resources providing them with the information they need to manage their business activities effectively. Tasks can be 'dragged and dropped' from one resource to another, even across multiple sites and to users that access the system using the web browser.

OperaFLO also has a Task Management Console. This is a simple graphical interface for managers to view the current and historical performance of team members. At a high level managers can easily see what business activities are to be undertaken, the priorities and deadlines of these and who they are allocated to. From this overview managers are then able to drill down to task level for more supporting information without having to undertake complex and time consuming database searches.

Alerting tools can be used to inform managers of changes within the operation, such as fluctuations in workloads and resource levels, so that they can be reacted to appropriately.

Historical data can be presented for performance analysis of each resource (individual or team) and future workloads anticipated to enable proactive, effective resource planning.
